Undeniably consider that that you said. Your favourite reason appeared to be at the net the simplest factor to take into account of. I say to you, I certainly get annoyed while other people think about worries that they just don't understand about. You managed to hit the nail upon the highest as smartly as defined out the entire thing without having side effect , folks can take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thanks

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to get married durring my trust deed? I am currently half way through a trust deed and am thinking about the future. If i wished to marry my boyfriend durring this time would it be ok? I would not wish to affect his credit rating etc at all. Thank you in advance and this is a great article/

Hi,

I was officially discharged from a protected Trust Deed in October 2009. I understand there are still limitations on credit I can obtain. This probably seems really cheeky, but I am considering returning to education to train as an occupational therapist and I wondered if it would be possible for me to obtain a student loan from SLC , given that my last student loan was written off ?(I signed my Trust Deed prior to the change in legislation in 2006).

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi Euan,

Trust Deeds are for Scottish people. If you are from Scotland, Trust Deed can be the best option to fight off your debts. It is better to protect yourself instead of getting bankrupt. As for entering a Trust Deed, you can be rest assured that it will not affect your position and your job. Though your Trust Deed will be published in the Edinburgh Gazette, but then it is not a regular newspaper. It only publishes legal notices and is published only on Tuesdays and Fridays.

I am currently reviewing my finances and considering entering a trustdeed...I am a teacher and need to be assured this won't affect my position???

I feel it is the best way forward for myself and to be honest reading what people have said about them and how they work I am feeling relieved about getting my debts under control.

Claire, if you had received these assets during the Trust Deed your creditors would have been entitled to a portion of it.

Because you have been discharged from the Trust Deed, you can claim half the assets and keep 100% of it.
